How to protect yourself against the new coronavirus

Many people are now afraid of the new coronavirus and wonder what they could do to protect themselves. The answer is; a lot!

How to protect yourself against the new coronavirus

You can find out exactly what the new coronavirus is, where it comes from, where it currently is causing trouble, etc., several times a day in the news, in special programs or talk shows, so that you are certainly well informed about this.
In this article, however, we only want to explain what you can do to protect yourself against the coronavirus.

Mouthguards hardly protect against the coronavirus

Respiratory masks are mostly sold out or only available at exorbitant prices. It makes sense for sick people to wear masks, but not healthy. You would also have to replace the mask after a few hours to achieve a protective effect.

A mask would only make sense if you work in a hospital with numerous infected people to protect against the coronavirus.

Disinfectant to protect against the coronavirus

Disinfectants are also in high demand at the moment and are sold out in some places because many hope to be able to protect themselves against the coronavirus. However, simply washing your hands frequently with conventional soap will stop spreading the virus from your hands.

In addition, you can use colloidal silver for increased disinfection. Simply spray on hands or face and let dry or carefully dab.

Colloidal silver works very well against bacteria, sometimes also against fungi. It should also be effective against viruses – at least according to some in vitro tests because it attaches itself to the surface of the virus and prevents it from attacking healthy cells.

Hydrogen peroxide can also be used as a disinfectant.

Or make a disinfectant spray out of alcohol (vodka) and essential oils.

Strengthen the immune system and protect yourself against the coronavirus

If a virus spreads, it is always the same: a few people fall ill, but most do not. Why do some get sick, but others don’t? With the latter, the body’s own defense is stable, with the former not. So, when a virus is rampant, it always says: strengthen the immune system!

The more defensive measures you take, the better you can protect yourself against the coronavirus and other viruses. While it may be enough for some people to swallow a vitamin C tablet every now and then, others need a lot more, e.g. a healthy diet, vitamin C, vitamin D and much more.

Here is a summary of measures that strengthen the body to such an extent that it can calmly face viruses:

Eat healthy!

Have more Celery Juice, Cucumber Juice, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric and Bone Broth.

Avoid raw and undercooked food from restaurants.

Consider lowering your fat consumption in your diet.  By removing eggs and dairy from your diet and minimize peanut butter and other nut butter, oils of any kind, soy, chicken, pork, and other foods that are either naturally high in fat or that have fat added into them.

When your blood is constantly filling up with fat from the foods you eat, it lowers oxygen levels in your bloodstream. Oxygen is needed in the blood to help reduce viral proliferation. Oxygen is antiviral in nature. This does not mean you have to eliminate all fats from your diet, but it is best to minimize them if possible.

Other foods to avoid include dairy products such as milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, kefir, and other forms of dairy; gluten; and corn.
If these foods are in your diet, it becomes very difficult to combat the virus. If you don’t want to remove all these foods at once, you can still start protecting yourself more by removing one or two at a time and continuing to remove the rest as you’re able or if you become sick.

Eat foods high with beta carotene. Beta carotene is converted to vitamin A in the body, which in turn is required for the mobilization of certain immune cells, the so-called killer cells.

Take supplements

Make sure you have a good supply of vitamin C. Vitamin C can shorten flu infections, reduce the risk of pneumonia and even inhibit the proliferation of viruses. It is therefore suspected that vitamin C can also protect against the new coronavirus.

Ensure healthy vitamin D levels. Your risk of illness increases if you have a vitamin D deficiency. Therefore, have your vitamin D level checked and take vitamin D if necessary.

Probiotics increase your resistance. Probiotics improve your intestinal health, regulate your intestinal flora and thus increase your body’s resistance – also to protect against the coronavirus.

Zinc feeds the immune system, providing it with one of the most critical trace minerals for the immune system to function optimally. Most everyone is zinc deficient.

Vitamin B12 can help protect your entire body from neurotoxin damage from viruses. It also repairs and strengthens the areas of the nervous system and other parts of the body that have been damaged by viruses. B12 also helps strengthen neurotransmitter chemicals in the brain so it can stay strong against viruses. Make sure you choose a high-quality vegan B12.

Take herbs that protect against viruses

Many medicinal herbs can help prevent viral infections. They inhibit the implantation of the viruses on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. The best-known medicinal plants with an antiviral effect include

Licorice tincture. You take 2 pipettes two to three times a day (in short courses, i.e. no longer than 2 to 3 weeks).

Thyme is usually drunk as a tea for influenza infections.

The rock rose comes from the Mediterranean. The active ingredients are intended to envelop viruses so that they cannot bind to mucous membrane cells. In this way, they not only prevent infections but also mitigate existing infections.

Lemon balm is an incredible antiviral herb that fights off all kinds of viruses. Plus, if you do contract a virus that upsets your stomach, lemon balm helps soothe the nerves and linings of the stomach and intestines.

Cat’s claw is one of the most powerful antivirals on the planet. Its antiviral compounds are highly complex and pathogens such as viruses cannot become immune to these phytochemical compounds. Cat’s claw is one of our best tools against all viruses, sinus infections, sore throats, earaches, urinary tract infections (UTis), bloating, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), migraines, lung infections, and more.

L-Lysine hinders and slows down viruses, which is critical because almost everyone has viruses inside their body that are either already causing symptoms or conditions or that will do in the future if not killed off. It’s also vital to help ward off new viruses you might pick up. L- Lysine impairs the ability of viral cells to move and reproduce.

Mullein leaf is a powerful but gentle antiviral that is really helpful for preventing viral infections.

Goldenseal is great for acute viral infections such as colds, flu, and other viruses. It helps restore and power up lymphocytes that are responsible for protecting critical areas of our body

Sleep well

Lack of sleep weakens the immune system, so you should ideally sleep 7 hours to strengthen your immune system. Because those who sleep less than 6 hours are infected four times more often than people who sleep 7 hours at night.

Stay fit

Studies show that people who are active in sport have more killer cells and thus a more powerful immune system. Therefore, always keep moving and ensure sufficient sporting activities.

Avoid stress

Those who have a lot of stress are much more susceptible to infectious diseases. Avoid stress as much as possible – no matter which virus is in circulation.

Make your own natural antibiotics

In contrast to conventional antibiotics, the natural antibiotic can also be taken purely preventively in times of increased risk of infection. While conventional antibiotics often have harmful side effects, natural antibiotics strengthen the body.

Think colloidal silver for example.

Many essential oils have antibiotic properties and some also have antiviral properties.

Hygiene

  • Wash your hands regularly
  • Don’t shake hands.
  • Wear gloves or wipe down handles etc. in public places
  • Change clothes as soon as you come home.
  • Handle packages and mail with gloves, open and disinfect packaged items.
  • Practice social distancing – avoid unnecessary social gatherings.

What if you already have symptoms?

If you already have a flu-like infection, the remedies mentioned will support you to get better quickly.

Additionally, you can use a Bob Beck Zapper or a Rife device to support your health preventatively and also if you already have been infected.

If you think you’re coming down with a bug, you’re already sick with the flu or a virus, or you have another kind of infection, the medical medium is suggesting you can do the following therapy:

For an adult, squirt 2 droppers full of high-quality liquid zinc sulfate into your throat every three hours. Let it sit for one minute before swallowing.

If the flu or virus isn’t making you nauseated and you can palate the zinc, you can do this up to five or six times a day (that is, two squirts of zinc every three hours for a total of 10 to 12 dropper full a day for two days. Otherwise do 1 dropper full 3 times a day

Starting at the first sign of cold, flu, or a virus, consider starting the Vitamin C Shock Therapy for adults:

Ingredients:

  • 2000 milligram capsules of Vitamin C
  • 1 cup of water (preferably warm}
  • 2 teaspoons of raw honey or maple syrup
  • Freshly squeezed juice from one orange or lemon
